Let’s…

This weekend will be interesting, that’s for sure =). I hope it won’t get boring (it has a chance for that), and i can do as many things as i want (and i should).

It’s sure that i’ll do a normal post adding and editing system for this blog (i mean i’ll upgrade this current one, which is pretty basic). I’ll also make some modifications to vWrite and i plan to finish vStream (this is the hardest part, since i’m not so pro at flash).

I’ll report back about these projects when i finish something important.

Until then,

Time, what is time?

Quoted this title from a Blind Guardian song, though i’m unsure from which. If you don’t know that name, i shall inform you that it covers one of the best and most powerful german metal bands beside Helloween, Axxis and those lots i know and like but don’t want to list here.

Now i had to go to the post but it was for nothing… those people there seem to stick to the rules word by word… they didn’t give me the letter addressed for my father even though i’m a family member. Anyway, i stumbled upon a great surprise in town… two english guys looking for a place to exchange euro. Two absurdities together: foreigners in this town, and they want to exchange money quarter to 8 pm… funny =).

I plan to write two more posts today. I think i’ll have the ideas for them. I think i already have them. So see you later =)

Gonna gotta go

Yeah, i successfully began writing once again at a time when i shouldn’t have. That’s just my luck, to quote Adrian Mole.

I was having lot of fun with making the new design for Digimon Backup. It looks cool, presenting a digimon that appeared in the series only once so far as i know. So it’s pretty unique. I hope you’ll like it once it’s up and running.

Right now i’m burning a cd for myself (the music part) and my classmate (the tests). It’s almost finished. So i’ve to go. Once again i said once again, but the truth is that once again i’ve to leave with a so short post behind me.

Untitled once again

I couldn’t give a title to this post again… dunno what’s up with me this problem coming up more often than it should.

I was watching a really interesting talk about politics in tv, the national plans and such. I may be over average but i understood everything.

By the way, today i spent most of my time working on the Radiátor, and i can announce that it’ll be really good, not to mention it’s extreme length!

Other thing is that Opera 9 beta 2 is out. I’ll check it out tomorrow coz i just came to know about it, and can’t download anything anymore (any)now =). Hope they fixed those annoying bugs that annoyed me so annoyingly.

Also I’m asking you to appreciate this late night’s post… it may not be late night for you though. But i’m risking a massive row by sitting down in front of the computer and write a post after 9pm…

Morning star

Let’s see. Yesterday i couldn’t post due to massive lack of time, and extreme overwhelming by jobs to be done. I’m sorry for that.

The weather now outside is sunny and late-spring-like warm, and as ForecastFox says, the temperature is 17°C. Hopefully it will be sunny and warm all day – i only hope not too much. So please, don’t make us suffer frog-boiling hotness and burning sunlight, You Who Order The Weather!

Man, this became a soo lame post… Writing about weather? Am i crazy? Most probably =). Posting on my blog when i should be packing to school and having breakfast. I’ll be back around 3PM. Will do posts.

Sherlock Holmes

Do you know who he is? One of my favourite book characters, for instance =). He’s the mastermind detective of Conan Doyle’s books, and i’m now leaving to watch an episode from his cases. See you.

PS. sorry for the short post…

Podcast

Now i completed the podcast part of the blog – wasn’t much of a work. As of yet, only the RSS 2.0 feed has podcasts attached, the others will be updated later.

The first podcast is:

Title: Bat Country
Artist: Avenged Sevenfold
Album: City of Evil
Length: 05:13
URL: http://valenet.uw.hu/podcast/20060520.mp3

That’s it! Tonight i go to a free gig nearby, hope it’ll be fun. So see you tomorrow.

All-dayer

Free after all-nighter, i puled an all-dayer today. Though i haven’t been working all day, it feels like that and even sounds good. I set off to school at the usual almost late time, and arrived home after played an hour of tabletennis after the last lesson. Came home, worked, then i went touring with my friends.

Settled in our favourite and traditional pub, we spent about 3 hours in there talking about anything.

But if i continue this way, this post will be painfully short for you to read. After all, i switched back to 1+1 posts per day, so at least i should write long ones.

My songs for today are Scar Symmetry – Deviate From The Form, Alice Cooper – Sex, Death and Money, Dream Theater – War Inside My Head and HammerFall – Riders On The Storm. Still mixed, but this time all are related to metal at some level. Kinda =).

Oh, and the word for today (a tradition’s started now) is Sturzkampfflugzeug (german bomber plane in the WW2), or Stuka for short, or if you’re a military maniac, then Junkers Ju-87. As Wikipedia writes:

The Junkers Ju 87 or Stuka was the best known Sturzkampfflugzeug (German dive bomber) in World War II, instantly recognisable by its inverted gull wings, fixed undercarriage and siren.

The Stuka’s design featured some innovative features, including an automatic pull-up system to ensure that the plane recovered from its attack dive even if the pilot blacked out from the high acceleration, and wind-powered sirens on the wheel covers that wailed during dives to scare its victims. These were named “Trumpets of Jericho” by Junkers and were an early form of psychological warfare.(A similar technique is shown in the movie Apocalypse Now). Its rugged fixed undercarriage allowed it to land and take-off from improvised airstrips close to the battlefront, giving close support to the advancing German forces.

Although sturdy, accurate, and very effective, the Stuka suffered from low speed and manuverabilty, with little defensive armament making it highly vulnerable to enemy fighters. The Germans learned in the Battle of Britain that air superiority must be obtained before ground attack aircraft could be effectively used. After the Battle of Britain, the Stuka was little used in western Europe, but it remained effective further south where Allied fighters were in short supply (notably in the attacks on Crete and Malta), and was used in vast numbers on the Eastern Front, although the steady rise in Soviet airpower as the war progressed meant that Stuka squadrons suffered very heavy losses.

More than six thousand Ju 87 were built between 1936 and August 1944.

Hans-Ulrich Rudel was the most notable Stuka ace, and in fact the most highly decorated German soldier of the war.

Fillers

Today i got the new episodes of Naruto and Bleach… both are (were) very good series and both are (are) suffering from massive attack of filler episodes. That means that the clever authors put the main storyline to a rest, and continued with meaningless, and mostly lame episodes. In Bleach, they’re fighting against vampires (“Bounto” in there) with the help of modified souls inside dolls. LMAO.

The latest Naruto filler saga (the star village thing) ended with the last episode, this time it was about bigfoots or something like that. It was funny, cute, and all the three Sannin appeared, even though only for a few seconds of a memory.

The new Bleach ep was far the worst filler episode i ever saw, and that’s a big word with almost 50 Naruto fillers behind me, and some of those was… like huh.

Now i’ve to go off. Sorry for the short post. Technical (or rather social) problems called parents appeared nearby causing trouble. So i’m off.

Tesco

I don’t usually use / eat Tesco brand things but this scottish highland shortbread was really good. Much more soft than any i ate before, and tasted just the same. Really good work there, Tesco guys.

This also brings up a good point for globalisation. It’s fun that i can eat a traditional scottish food after i ate my almost traditional hungarian dinner, and then drink a cup of traditional asian tea. That’s it. I’ve had to debate both for and against globalisation lots of times (one of the most important topics at english lessons), so i know and share the views of both sides, and see the good and bad points of the matter in question (i wonder if i could’ve said that in an even more official style =) ).

Oh, and Metallica is a good thing also. /me plays Metallica – Call of Ktulu. It’s a really good instrumental track. Love it =)
