Yesterday was fun.
‘kai
Third day passed and we saw another bunch of things.
Second day with interesting stuff
All right writing again from Chicago, hope not bored alrady!
First day, second part
Some things i forgot while writing the previous post…
First day
Our teacher told us to write a diary about the events out here in the states, so that we could later show it to others and such. Well i decided to write that “diary” into my blog, since this one’s quite much like an online diary after all.
See ya.
Until the second of october, this is the last blogpost i write from home. This doesn’t mean that there won’t be any posts, as i plan to write whenever i can. But it’s not the same from Chicago.
Bleach: Memories of Nobody
I just watched the Bleach movie titled Memories of Nobody, that debuted in japan last winter. It was of the expected Bleach quality.
Surprising
That i still can think as clearly as i can now, as a one-litre Hubertus’ been consumed by four including myself, which is quite an achievement. Not to mention getting such a thing for such a cheap price we got it for.
Tomorrow i’ll have loads of things to do. Though i won’t go swimming because of my damned cold, i’ll have to wash my hair and prepare most things for sunday’s packing for monday’s trip, not to mention that huge (really huge) pile of work i’ve to do in this two days. It already seems so that i won’t have a single second of free time, but i don’t care, i have some really important things to do, and i won’t skip them for the sake of shopping and alike. One such program is at least checking in on the gig of one of my best friends tomorrow, and saying farewell for these two weeks, even if i’ll have a net connection there. Blogging is far different from meeting in person.
Notes from Africa
Just stealing the title of that great Devin Townsend song, sadly i’m not in a warmer or at least less dusty part of the world, thus i’ve caught cold and now i’m suffocating in dust. Damn these constructions town-wide, and those street-cleaners or whatever they’re called, who should clean all the sand from the roads so that we, more or less normal civilians won’t get a dust allergy if we didn’t have one yet, or won’t get asthma if we had (and sadly i have, but it’s more or less cured now). After school i went “shopping” with my mom, bought some neccessary things and some that weren’t so neccessary, but once they could’ve become. I’m preparing well for the american trip, but meanwhile i’m somewhat scared too. I have loads of things to do in this five days i’m at home, and if i’m going off to party on friday (which i plan to do), then i’ll have at least half a day less to work. And i still have a couple of articles and a couple thousand lines of code to write. I can’t risk taking too much work to america, as i have no idea how much free time will we have there… Still, i will have to…
Tea
Just to let you know, english tea is great even if you use honey instead of sugar. And it does more good to your cold. Once i’ll try adding whiskey too, just to see what effect it has. Maybe tomorrow.
